dot•wave was founded to address a need for accessible, high-quality, custom-made soundtracks without the hassle of negotiating exorbitant quotes or managing a team of freelancers. Led by composer and audio engineer Christopher Hawthorn, with over a decade of experience in producing commercial records, scoring for film, and engineering audio for media, your soundtrack is in expert hands (and ears).

While other studios come with eye-watering price tags, we keep things lean. No fancy offices in NYC and LA; we’re 100% online. No huge staff on payroll; we leverage our network of remote musicians and audio artists.
